* The cooking instructions say to soak and then boil etc. I (Lisa) just pour a cup of boiling water into the bag, zip closed and leave for 15-20 minutes while I'm doing other stuff. Just remember to take the little sachets out (like for the seed mix or parmesan cheese.Mushroom Miso Risotto
