EFT Payments

At the end of the checkout process, you will be provided with our bank details for EFTs. We ask that you jump on to doing the EFT promptly after receiving your order confirmation. Please EFT within 24 hours or your order will be cancelled and products assigned to your order will be returned to stock.

Please do not make cash deposits.

I'm outside of South Africa. How can I pay?

We will send you an online card payment link.

 

Do you offer card payment facilities?

We briefly enabled an online card payment service in late 2025. It integrated beautifully and was easy for customers to use. But, after analysing the transaction fees, we decided that the transaction fees for this well-established and trusted service, plus additional fees from our eShop platform (in USD), made this service unfeasible for us. 

The reality is that we would need to significantly increase the prices of our products to accommodate for these fees, which also increase with higher pricing. And, ultimately, you, our customers, are the ones who end up paying the higher product prices.

We have decided to stick with EFT payments for now, continuing to offer you high-quality products at fair prices and with exceptional service.
