LastSwab is the original reusable and sustainable alternative to cotton rounds designed by Danish company LastObject.
The rounds are made from a wood fibre plus cotton material that feels just like regular cotton rounds when wet. Both sides of the rounds are textured, so that you can get the right amount of natural exfoliation. LastRound doesn’t shed any lint, fluff, or cotton particles.
The rounds are hard when dry but soften quickly in water. Squeeze out the excess water before using to apply cleanser, toner, cream or ointments. Wash using water and soap. Rounds can be washed in the washing machine. Let the rounds dry on a flat surface before putting back into the case.
Rounds can be used with nail polish remover but this does shorten its lifespan so we recommend dedicating one round to this purpose.
Each case items comes with seven (7) rounds in a protective case.
LastRound is great for travelling - one item in your toiletry bag and it comes in its own protective case that is made from Recycled Ocean-Bound Plastic. The case will easily last 5-10 years.
Research by LastObject has found that one LastRound replaces +1750 single-use cotton rounds and it can be composted at the end of its life.
